"I love to dream, even when I know very well that my dream is impossible." -Augusto Boal
I'm finally making progress- moving forward, taking strides, checking those boxes- on my thesis. It still feels like a bit of an impossible dream, but I'm beginning to enjoy dreaming it. I think I've finally started to be able to somewhat clearly articulate what I'm even doing. A step in the right direction.
I do not know how people accomplish things when they don't have advocates, mentors, a soul mate or bosom friends. Without those who believe in me, I'd be downright lost. I'd accomplish nearly nothing and goodness knows I wouldn't know how to dream.
One more thing- because I've been believed in, I think I may be more prone to believing in others. This could be completely untrue, but its what I'm feeling these days. I really love to see people succeed. Its awesome. And not "this pizza is awesome" awesome. I'm talking "look at that sunset," or "did you see that shooting star?" awesome. I can't even fathom the pride of a parent seeing their child succeed, but I think this is in that same genre of awesome.
Happy Wednesday. May it be full of dreaming and believing.

I have so missed your blog. Thank you for reflecting again in such a public way. It prompted me to do the same.
