I found your blog through this guest post! I can't wait to explore your blog!
I have been to the East Coast once and just fell in love with Boston; if I ever move, thats where I'm goin. Also, it is one of my biggest dreams and goals to go to Africa and be a teacher for girls who need empowerment, so you got me interested in your blog as soon as I read that you have been to Africa yourself.

Hello! I grew up the third child of a Baptist minister and a fifth grade teacher. These days, I am a wife and a mother, spending time in a combination of classrooms, offices and my cozy kitchen. Our growing family resides in a petite mid-1800's home on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

I believe in the power of words; the power of finding your voice, or seeking it, at least. Which is why I'm here-- to root out my voice in the form of fingertips hitting a keyboard.

To shed for those who suffer pain, rejection, hunger, & war.
So that you may reach out your hands to comfort them
To turn their pain into joy.

JUST ENOUGH FOOLISHNESS
To believe that you can make a difference in the world.

So that you can do what others claim cannot be done:
Cry the transforming Gospel of Jesus with your life to the ends of the earth.
