i'm so thankful he was born

Jake is calling today his "5th anniversary of his 25th birthday." Otherwise known as a big, exciting, change of decades, BIRTHDAY. That's right. Today is the day! Celebrate Jake!

Happy 30th to your hubby! I still think it's so funny our husbands were born on the same day! Do you know what time he was born? Now THAT would be creepy!

Hello! I grew up the third child of a Baptist minister and a fifth grade teacher. These days, I am a wife and a mother, spending time in a combination of classrooms, offices and my cozy kitchen. Our growing family resides in a petite mid-1800's home on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

To shed for those who suffer pain, rejection, hunger, & war.
So that you may reach out your hands to comfort them
To turn their pain into joy.

And may God bless you with

JUST ENOUGH FOOLISHNESS
To believe that you can make a difference in the world.

So that you can do what others claim cannot be done:
Cry the transforming Gospel of Jesus with your life to the ends of the earth.

Amen.
