Encouragement on all fronts: my boss took 10 minutes to walk down the street and grab me a coffee; a co-worker bought me a brownie; a parent of one of my students wrote on my Facebook wall. All thoughtful, unnecessary acts of kindness that got me through a difficult Monday. So, so thankful.
