thoughtful thoughts / 5

My mom gave me this quote about 2 years ago- left in on my bed when I went home to visit. I still have the post-it note with her handwriting. I'm thankful for the reminder of what my love for my husband ought to look like, and also of my mom's example. She's a true lover.

Happy Friday. May our weekends be full of loving extravagance. Oh, and full of Super Bowl commercials too, if you're into the Sunday festivities. We'll be spending it with my parents, because I just can't miss watching my dad watch his beloved Patriots play the Superbowl. That should be entertaining. But like I said- weekends full of love too. Love and Super Bowl.

Hello! I grew up the third child of a Baptist minister and a fifth grade teacher. These days, I am a wife and a mother, spending time in a combination of classrooms, offices and my cozy kitchen. Our growing family resides in a petite mid-1800's home on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
